A standard SMS message has a maximum of 160 characters. Longer messages are definitely possible, however please be aware that exceeding 160 characters will constitute a âsecondâ message.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time for no extra fee. You will just pay the difference between the new plan and your original plan.
What happens to the messages I don't use each month?
Your messages will rollover to the next month with no penalty. For example, if you are on our 3000 message/month plan but only send 2750 messages, those 250 messages will rollover and be available in the next month giving you 3250 total messages.
